Returns & Exchanges

We understand at times you will may wish to return goods: either for a different size or style, or you have simply changed your mind.
To ensure a smooth returns process, please note the following conditions:

•    Goods must be unused and in the original packaging, with the original ticketing and all accompanying instructions.
•    A copy of the Trim’s invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods
•    Refunds will be made in the same way as original payment of goods.
•    Goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please call Trim’s on 82125099 to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturers warranty.
If approved, Trim’s will arrange a repair, exchange or refund.
Proof of purchase will be required.
